Day 1
Arrival in Uganda & Transfer to Bwindi
Arrival at Entebbe International Airport
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, beautifully located on the shores of Lake Victoria, you will connect to a scheduled domestic flight to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, marking the beginning of your gorilla trekking adventure.
Scheduled Domestic Flights to Bwindi
Upon arrival at the respective airstrip, your professional driver-guide will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your lodge. The scenic one-hour drive offers spectacular views of rolling hills, lush forests, and local communities.
Afternoon at Leisure
After check-in, enjoy time to relax and settle into the tranquil forest surroundings.

- Guided waterfall hike within Bwindi Forest – discover hidden gems of the rainforest and enjoy close-up encounters with the park’s rich biodiversity.
Dinner and overnight at your selected lodge.
Day 2
Full-Day Gorilla Trekking Experience
After an early breakfast, transfer to the park headquarters for registration and a comprehensive briefing conducted by Uganda Wildlife Authority rangers (07:30–08:00).
During the briefing:
- You will be assigned a specific gorilla family group.
- Rangers will explain trekking etiquette and safety guidelines.
At 08:00, your gorilla trekking adventure begins.
The trek can take between 2 to 6 hours (or longer), depending on the movement of the gorilla family. The terrain may be steep and dense, but the reward is incomparable.
Once the gorillas are located, you will spend up to one magical hour observing them in their natural habitat—watching them feed, groom, play, and interact. This is one of Africa’s most profound wildlife encounters.
After the trek, return to your lodge for relaxation.

Day 3
Leisure Morning & Batwa Cultural Experience
Enjoy a relaxed morning surrounded by Bwindi’s serene forest landscape. Take in the fresh mountain air, enjoy lodge amenities, or simply reflect on your gorilla trekking experience.
Batwa Community Visit
In the afternoon, visit the Batwa community—the original forest dwellers of Bwindi.
This immersive cultural experience offers insight into:

After breakfast, transfer to Kihihi or Kisoro Airstrip for your scheduled return flight to Entebbe International Airport.
Enjoy breathtaking aerial views of Uganda’s landscapes, including Lake Victoria, the Rwenzori Mountains, and the rolling hills of western Uganda.
Upon arrival in Entebbe, proceed to the departure lounge for your international flight home bringing your unforgettable Ugandan adventure to a close.
